In order for the Receptionist Team to help you effectively they may need to ask you some basic questions so that they can get the correct help from the right clinician. This may involve booking an appointment with us or it may be advising you to seek help outside of the Practice. They are fully supported by the Clinical Team and are trained to seek advice as required.
