Blood Pressure Monitoring

Who do I see?

Self Check Report / Waiting Room Machine / Practice Nurse

Advice:

Blood pressure monitoring can be performed at most local pharmacies.  If the result is high a GP appointment would be needed for further evaluation.

If you would prefer to take blood pressure readings at home it is possible to purchase a blood pressure monitor.  For more information please visit Blood pressure monitors: All you need to know – BHF

By clicking on Blood Pressure Review Form you will be able to download a suitable form to help with recording your blood pressure and results can be reported to us by sending us an Accurx using the option I want help for a medical issue.   Alternatively, you can drop the form into the Practice.

There is also a blood pressure machine in the waiting room for patient use.  Results can be printed off and handed to Reception.
