Blood tests can be booked via online here Accurx using the option I have an admin query or by our phone line 01884 252333.
Please note that if a consultant has requested a blood test this can be taken by the community phlebotomy team and you can arrange this by calling 01395 519922.
Appointments for blood tests MUST have been requested by your doctor or other health care professional.
