We are making changes from 19th June 2023 to make it easier to contact the practice. We still offer the same friendly service with a named GP for all patients and a large team of clinicians with specialties in a range of areas.
The new system is designed so that you will only have to contact the practice once for any query and you will receive the same service whether you contact us online or by phone. This means that when you call by phone the Reception Team will ask the same questions as on the online access and complete the form for you. If you prefer to complete the online form (open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm working weekdays) it is important to write as much detail as you can. This information is then sent to our team members, including a GP, and we will either help you the same day or arrange an appointment for you.
We work closely with our local pharmacies and the pharmacists are skilled in treating many minor conditions, and this improves access at the Practice for more serious complaints. Please consider checking out our “self help” tab before contacting the Practice.
We have an excellent team of Practice Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, a Paramedic, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Social Prescribers and Care Coordinators. Each department of Health Care Professionals provides specialist care alongside support from our regular GP Team. These Practitioners are all highly skilled and enhance the care that our doctors provide. We are also training undergraduate and postgraduate clinicians and all are supported by our usual GPs.
