Changes to Appointment Booking Since 2023

Since June 19th, 2023, we’ve made changes to make it easier to contact the practice. We continue to offer the same friendly service with a named GP for all patients and a large team of clinicians specializing in a range of areas.

We’ve made positive changes to make it easier for you to contact us. Whether you reach out online or by phone, you’ll receive the same friendly and efficient service. Our online form (available weekdays 8:30 am – 3:00 pm) allows you to provide detailed information, which is reviewed by our team, including a GP. We’ll either assist you the same day or arrange an appointment.

We work closely with our local pharmacies and the pharmacists are skilled in treating many minor conditions, and this improves access at the practice for more serious complaints.

Non-urgent advice: How Pharmacies can help

You local Pharmacist can help with 7 common problems. Please do not book an appointment for these problems. Instead, please consult your local community pharmacist directly. Find a pharmacy near you

Please consider checking out our “self help” tab before contacting the Practice.
