Repeat medications are best ordered via the NHS App (which can be downloaded from the chosen app store on a mobile phone) or Patient Access where you can view your usual medications.
If you require a medication you have had before which is not on this list you can request it via Accurx using the I have an admin query option followed by Repeat prescription and explain why you need it in as much detail as possible.
It is easier and quicker to manage request repeat prescriptions via our online service. Simply log in and select an option.
Please allow FIVE full working days before collecting your medication and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. All Tiverton pharmacies operate a collection scheme, which may be helpful to you. 48 hours notice is required for prescription orders, more at weekends and bank holidays.
